Our company was born from outrage, after our owner struggled to obtain good quality multimedia products and services for our sister companies, without spending a small fortune. ‘When the way of the world is everything digital, why is it still so f*cking expensive to obtain services that help businesses reach their customers?’ he asked. ‘Surely, the price should be coming down!’. He believed that after working their way through the COVID pandemic, businesses should be supported in getting back on their feet, not charged like a wounded bull for some fundamental things that every business needs these days. That was the moment Intermediary was born!

Our ‘Why’ is to disrupt the market so that all multimedia businesses have to provide quality products and services at a more affordable price.

‘How’ we do this is by keeping our costs as low as we can, we don’t have a huge team, or very flash multistory offices with massive overheads. Instead, we are a small team and our focus is on providing services to larger volumes of clients to create a margin for our business. We don’t want to make a killing out of every customer, because we want you to come back next time you need something.
